A New Location and Invigorated Focus for Elie Wine Company in the New Year

The New Year is ordinarily about symbolic change. But 2014 is a little different for Elie Wine Company. As much as we like the energy of downtown Royal Oak, where we have been selling wine for over 20 years, we’re headed to a Birmingham location that’s a bit more central even to our Royal Oak customers.

The lease is signed at our new space and we’re in the process of building a shop that not only maintains the level of service that you’ve come to expect from us, but also improves on our philosophy of providing plainspoken and reliable information along with a deliberate selection of the finest wines available to humanity.

We’ll need your help clearing out some of our inventory in preparation for the move and have already identified a few bottles that we’re going to give up at a significant discount. So check your email inbox regularly for the next several weeks to see what’s special.

In the meantime, we are still stocked with the best selection of Champagne that you’re likely to find without booking a flight to Paris and we’re open until 8 pm on New Year’s Eve.
